I entered a contest for my artwork to be featured on the cover of latino phonebooks in Orlando in 2001.
Didn't win the spot but it was fun coming up and executing the process.
I was imagining various professions being utilized by the large hispanic community in Orlando. All walks of life.
It was lofty goals doing this as i had just recently started painting and gravitated to jumping into the deep end on art.
Mind you, it's clearly visible my novice style.
A glimpse into the beginning of my love for learning and doing art.
Not sure who would buy this,but it deserves a better home than being stored away wrapped for close to quarter of a century.
It's been spray tacked to a faux leather desk top mat but i managed to peel it off and now is loose canvas and will arrive rolled up with a buffer on the back so the glue doesn't stick to surface.
