The Bivona Tight-To-Shaft (TTS™) tracheostomy tubes offer a flexible, silicone-based solution for pediatric patients who may require cuffed airway management during ventilation. These tracheostomy tubes are uniquely designed with a TTS™ cuff that inflates to provide a secure tracheal seal during mechanical ventilation and deflates completely to lie flat against the shaft when not in use — eliminating the need to change tubes between cuffed and uncuffed needs.
Made from soft, biocompatible silicone, Bivona® TTS™ tubes reduce irritation while enhancing patient comfort and airway access. Each tube includes an obturator for safe insertion and a twill trach tie to secure the tube in place.
TTS™ Cuff Technology: Inflates to seal the trachea; deflates to conform flush with the tube, minimizing bulk and airway resistance.
Pediatric-Specific Design: Tailored for small anatomies with appropriate diameters and lengths.
Silicone Construction: Flexible, soft, and biocompatible material reduces tissue trauma.
Includes Obturator and Trach Tie: Complete kit for safe insertion and secure stabilization.
Straight Neck Flange: Ensures reliable positioning and secure fit.
Sterile and Single-Patient Use.
