Crazy Lace Agate Bolo Tie Sterling Silver Vintage Finding Mexican BeadRage
I love crazy lace - there's so many intricate patterns always unique to each piece. This is a very old sterling silver bolo tie finding with a crazy lace cabochon prong set. It measures 1 7/8" across and weighs 22.7 grams as is with the stone in place. You would have to remove the stone to get the accurate sterling weigh which I will not do as it is cemented in place. As with all things created by Mother Nature the rock does have it's own unique imperfections.
I generally don't polish my sterling items - I leave that little chore to the buyer. However - on this piece the sterling stamping was very hard to see so I did polish that little spot on the backside to make it easier for you to see. You will need a loop to read it - I did anyway. Only piece I have of course
