Position the QR skewer handle in the best position by pulling the spring-loaded handle and locking it into place.

With the spring pop-out handle teeth design, tighten further while still being able to reposition your QR handle. Be careful of overtightening and only tighten to your frame/fork’s recommended torque rating.
