Like new but used condition pair of men's snow pants made by COLUMBIA. Size SMALL. 100% nylon. Elastic waistband with the ability to tighten by hook/eye closure. One back snap pocket. Bottom leg cuffs have the ability to snap tighter. Waistband measurement lying flat is 12.5 inches, does stretch out to approximately 16 inches. Rise is 11.5 inches, insane is 29.5 inches. Perfect for that tall skinny teenager.
