- CONDITION: Fair. Has staining throughout pages, as well as metallic markings on page shown. Also has white-out on majority of pages. Has been sitting on shelf for years so it has acquired staining throughout time.
- VALUE: EXTREMELY RARE find. This book has been past down to me and it is worth thousands (around 5k) with it being first edition. Now, with the condition, I am pricing it on what I believe the value holds now.
I have only found one other copy of this book online that was double what I am asking. I do accept reasonable offers.
