This is a rescue Beacon that was manufactured by CJ engineering and I can't find the part number or frankly anything else about them because I guess they didn't make all that many. I got the two samples that are for sale here years ago and I don't know if the product never went into production or if it was just such a limited run that they're not showing up on the Internet etc. I do know that it's a CJ product both because I remember getting it from CJ and also because it's marked with their website on the back. The really cool thing about these is that you actually hold a 9-volt battery up to the two bolts that stick out the side and you recharge it that way. It actually takes less than a minute. After that when you turn it on the beacon makes a red light blink for hours. That's about all it does though so it's not really that exciting. I don't know how deep it was rated to go I don't know if it would still work in terms of being waterproof at all. I can tell you that i
