This camera is in used condition and does show some wear from normal use. It has a broken battery cover, it is missing the side flap that covers the USB port, and the camera has scratches on it from use. There are scratches on the rear screen as shown. The lens doesn't have any scratches on it, but there are a couple of specs of dust inside of it, these do not affect the images in any way and can not be seen with photos taken by it.
