Extraordinary and truly rare. The "gunmetal" glaze is one of the hardest to find of the Broadmoor Art Pottery' s limited collection. Broadmoor originally opened up in Colorado Springs with the help of pottery giants like Cecil Jones, JB Hunt, Eric Hellman, and PH Genter. Much of the gunmetal glaze pieces in private collections were signed by JB Hunt. The pottery was moved to Denver from 1937 to 1939. Each cabinet piece is 2.75 inches tall and two inches across the rim. They are both in mint condition from my private collection.
