This is a rare and beautiful Art Deco, circa 1920's necklace. A pendant with satin glass and a micro mosaic floral center, encased in ornate brass, and detailed with blue paste stones, hangs from a long brass chain. There is a tag that is signed LVP France. It is in good antique condition.
