Nice antique dutch figural scissors, I believe these may be sterling, but the mark I can't quite make out. (see the lady's skirt) All of the other scissors like these show up as being sterling. The scissors measure 4 3/4" when opened & 2" when closed and they are 3 7/8" long. I've been told that .800 stamp on the handle indicates that it is coin silver, most likely German as their country traditionally used .800 silver for coins
