This annual is actually a slightly condensed reprint of the oversized Spectacular Spider-Man Magazine issue 2. It pits Spidey against Norman Osborn Green Goblin! Norman comes out of amnesia and remembers he is the Goblin and they later fight in front of Aunt May’s house.
Written by Stan the Man Lee himself and illustrated by John Romita and Jim Mooney. John Romita pulls double duty on this cover as well dated 1973. Source book is Nov 1968.
Cover is a little rough on this book with some areas that previously and just other damages. The cover is torn from the spine at the bottom a little. Being a mid-70s square bound book by Marvel, these were prone to staple issues but this copy is secure! No rips/tears internal to the book. See pictures.
