A beautiful striped bolt of "Aizu-jima cotton" fabric.
I purchased this new from an authorized store with the intention of having a kimono made, but I've decided to sell it as I don't think I'll be able to have it made.
The striped pattern with its lovely color scheme is very characteristic of Aizu cotton!
It is said to have a 400-year tradition!
You don't often see this kind of fabric nowadays, so it may be a valuable item!

Vertical stripes of black? dark brown?, yellow, blue, red, etc.
It's relatively thin compared to how it looks, so it would be good for kimonos as fashionable wear, or even yukata.
