80s Levi's 501 Galactic Wash - Rare Item

Levi's 501 Galactic Wash.

This is a genuine Galactic model, with the product number 501-0219.
It's a rare item, only produced for a few years in the 80s.
It appears that the width was folded to taper them at the time, leaving a darker color only on the side lines. The overall color remaining is about 60-50%.
There is damage to the right back pocket.
The red tab is a rare piece with only the registered trademark mark.
The paper patch remains. The inner tag is faded, but it can be read as being made in 1988.
The button back is 532.
Galactic wash is heavily washed with pumice and chemicals, so the fabric is originally thin. The area around the seat tends to tear easily, but this pair has been carefully reinforced from the inside before any holes appeared. (The reinforcement is not visible from the outside.)
The hem is likely the original chain stitch, with a wavy texture.
This is a one-of-a-kind item with a unique fade.
