You will receive your bracelet in a gift box. The bracelet has been prestretched, and it's highly recommended not to stretch it more which can cause it to droop,,and expose the cord.
When putting on or off, do so by rolling it on/off instead of widening it open to put in on.

For Women’s bracelets, the standard length is 6.5 - 7.5 inches, the most common length being 7 inches. For Men’s bracelets, sizes range from 7.5 - 9 inches, with 8 inches being the most common.
Use string or flexible ruler (the kind used when sewing), add ½" to whatever your wrist size is. Please see the images I posted as a guide.
