Beautiful large vintage handcrafted wall clock, made from natural live-edge wood slabs and hand-painted with a scenic landscape featuring trees, butterflies, flowers, and a small country house. The top section has a natural wood face with gold-tone metal numbers and decorative hands.
This piece is signed “M.E. Dehmel” on the front painting and “Dehmel 1113 – 5/82” on the back, indicating it was created in 1982. It appears to be a unique, one-of-a-kind artisan piece.
Condition
Clock mechanism does NOT currently work and will need repair or replacement.
The painted surface has some aged clear-coat shine and natural wear from age.
Wood is in solid condition with rustic live edges.
Overall very nice vintage folk-art look.
