I paid $1,200 for it about 5 years and had only been turned on one time when I purchased it. I think I've used it two or three times max mainly on bed mattresses. I had a rainbow expert check it out. Comes with all accessories listed in picture plus the blue bag. The backing plate cord holder has one plastic tab that cracked so it's just a little loose. It's a $30 part and has absolutely zero impact on functionality. Ordered it through a Rainbow repair person in an attempt to make it perfect but he hasn't gotten back to me so the price is adjusted accordingly but it's not needed or even really noticeable.
