2001 Hasbro Ash Ketchum trainer with Pokémon figure Cyndaquil. If you push the buttons on his belt he is supposed to talk but for some reason this one doesn’t. He did have old batteries in it. I removed them and tried to clean them but still no life. Item has scuffs and some discoloration from storage but still a cool piece.
